Admission Procedure
How to Apply: Step-by-Step Process
✅ Step 1: Admission Enquiry
Submit an enquiry in one of two ways:
- Fill out the Online Enquiry Form
- Visit the School Admissions Office
Once submitted, our counsellor will get in touch to answer your questions and guide you through the next steps.
✅ Step 2: Registration
Choose one of the following options:
Visit the school to fill the Registration Form and purchase the School Prospectus
Or download the Registration Form, print it, fill it, and submit it in person
Documents Required:
One recent passport-size photograph of the child and the parent
Self-attested Birth Certificate of the child
Additional Requirements for Class IX Admissions:
Photocopies of Class 8 and Class 9 Report Cards
Assessment required for students opting for Math or Science
After the school tour and confirmation, proceed with form submission:
Original and photocopy of the Birth Certificate
Photocopies of Class 8 and Class 9 Report Cards
✅ Step 3: School Visit & Principal Interaction
We encourage you to:
Visit the School Campus to experience our culture and environment
Schedule a meeting with the Principal (appointment required)
This interaction allows you to clarify doubts and better understand our values.
✅ Step 4: Form Submission
Submit the completed Admission Form along with all necessary documents.
If your child has any health needs or requires special assistance, please inform the school during this stage.

Documents Required with Registration Form
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of Previous Year’s Report Card (for Class 1 onwards)
Documents Required at Time of Admission
Previous class report card or certificate
4 photographs of the student
2 photographs of the parents
Original Transfer Certificate (Class 2 onwards)
Proof of residence
Original certificates (for verification only)
Copies of any achievement certificates (Academics/Sports/Activities)
Passport copy (mandatory for overseas students)
Completed and signed Admission Documentation Booklet
🎯 Admission Confirmation
Admission is on a First Come, First Served basis, based on seat availability
No interviews are conducted for the child or parents
Fee must be paid within 7 days of confirmation
The school reserves the right to final admission decisions
Post Confirmation:
You’ll receive an Admission Confirmation Letter (email/courier)
Details about uniforms, textbooks, and joining date will be shared
Your child’s class section and timetable will be provided by the class teacher
Please inform the school of your joining date for smooth onboarding
✅ Step 5: Payment of Fees
Once all the above steps are complete, you’ll receive the official admission offer.
Pay the applicable admission fee to confirm your child’s seat.
✅ Step 6: Parent Orientation Program
Before the academic year begins, attend our Parent Orientation Program where you’ll understand the school’s Vision, Mission & Core Values. Learn how we work together to support your child’s development
